Andrew McMaster, Lead Training Designer, Facilitator ImprovMindset LLC
Andrew McMasters is an actor, director and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the arts. He is a founder of Jet City Improv, a non-profit theater that he managed for 25 years. He has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Microsoft, GE, Hasbro, Google, Valve, Nike and Apple. His company provides presentation support and messaging as well as team building and communications trainings all over the world.
Andrew is dedicated to experiential learning, providing opportunities for self-discovery and driving innovation in our everyday lives.
Lianna Marie, Author
Lianna Marie is a trained nurse who served as her mother’s caregiver and advocate for over 20 years through the many stages of Parkinson’s disease. She founded AllAboutParkinsons.com, an online community that has connected and helped thousands of people with the disease, their families, and their caregivers. Mark C. Vohr, Principal, Ohana Fiduciary Corporation
Mark C. Vohr is a principal with Ohana Fiduciary Corporation, a Washington Chartered Trust company, Certified Professional Guardianship Agency and Professional Fiduciary. Ohana serves as guardians, trustees, attorneys in fact, and probate administrators along with other fiduciary roles. Prior to joining Ohana, Mark was in private law practice for almost 25 years practicing in the areas of Tax, Estate Planning, Guardianship Administration, Probate Administration, Vulnerable Adult Protection Litigation, Power of Attorney Litigation, Guardianship Law and Guardianship and Probate related litigation. Mark received a B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a J.D. Degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Mark is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association. Mark is also a former chair of the King County Bar Association Mandatory Inter-County Title 11.88 Guardian ad Litem Training and Certification Program. Mark has served as a guest speaker for the University of Washington Guardianship Certification Training and is currently serving on the forms committee drafting new state forms to conform the to the new Uniform Guardianship, Conservators, and Other Protective Arrangements Act, RCW 11.130 (UGA)
Deborah Jameson, Associate Attorney, Neil & Neil, P.S.
Deborah Jameson is a graduate of Edinboro State College and the University of San Diego School of Law. Deborah is currently an associate attorney with Neil & Neil, P.S. She recently became a CPG and works for Pacific Guardianship Services. Her practice is focused in the areas of guardianship, trust, and probate administration. She also is willing to mediate in any of these practice areas.
Darryl J. Lynch, AIF ® Financial Advisor, Director – Investments / Oppenheimer & Co.
Darryl Lynch is a Managing Director – Investments with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and specializes in working with Guardians, Conservators, and Trustees. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Darryl recognizes the unique financial needs of Guardian, Conservator, and Trustee clients and uses a disciplined long-term approach to support them in investing and protecting their assets. Darryl earned his MBA from Duke University, has been a member of the National Guardianship Association since 2001, and is a member of the Executive Council, a prestigious award to top Financial Advisors.
He is a respected speaker on subjects related to guardianships, conservatorships, and trusts. In the last two years, Darryl has delivered presentations and accredited continuing education for the National Guardianship Association, Stetson Law’s National Conference on Special Needs Planning and Special Needs Trusts, and the National College of Probate Judges. Topics have included Fiduciary Ethics, SNT and ABLE accounts, Sound and Prudent Investment Strategies, Limiting Liability for Guardians, and Changes to the Guardianship Code.
Peter C. Palumbo, AIF ® Financial Advisor, Director – Investments, Oppenheimer & Co.
Peter Palumbo joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2007. He is a member of the National Guardianship Association (NGA) and has attained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) ® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. Building relationships based on integrity and trust is important to him. As part of The Palumbo Group at Oppenheimer, he provides customized financial strategies to clients seeking professional wealth management and estate planning for wealth transfer between generations.
He is a frequent speaker on issues around financial planning, wealth management for guardianships and trusts, and inter-generational wealth transfer. In addition to the National Guardianship Association, he has presented for the National College of Probate Judges, the Missouri Bar Association, and the Missouri chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, amongst others.
