1. Call to order and attendance: Call to order at 1:00 pm

    a. Appoint temporary Chair: Mr. Curry agreed to serve as Chair

    b. Agenda Approved and Attendance taken

2. Discuss proposed bylaws: minor revisions. M/S/C to Adopt Bylaws

3. Election of interim officers: M/S/C to select the following interim officers:

President: Kenneth Curry

Vice President: Mimi Hudson

Secretary: Glenda Voller

Treasurer: William Jaback

5. Appointment of interim committees: M/S/C appoint the following:

Steering Committee: Chris Neil, Chris Fast, Laura Sealey, Miryam Gordon.

6. Input for the good of the order

M/S/C: Treasurer to secure funds from former WAPG officers and identify indemnity needed.

M/S/C: Assign to Steering Committee: proposal for seed money to next meeting; draft letter to CPG Board Chair to clarify definition of practicing CPGs in Rule 23, send email to CPGs seeking suggestions for committees and willingness to help.

M/S/C: the Treasurer shall open a bank account and signors shall be the President and the Treasurer.

M/S/C: The Executive Board shall draft a "Grievance" Policy.

7. Next Meeting. It was agreed to meet again at Valley Library on December 10, 2007 at 1:00 pm. The agenda is to be emailed on the WAPG listserve and input will be allowed on votes by return email to the President or Secretary and proxies will also be allowed. An effort will be made at the next meeting to utilize the listserve during the meeting to secure information from CPGs across the State.
